Litter I had been planned for a longer time. To let mate Betty Boop, I was seeking for a pied male of French type, i.e. having white body and pigmented head, without tickng in clear white and - if possible - with interesting French ancestors in pedigree. After all, the choice fell on Cyriaque du Bois de Saint-Cyr, a nice French pied male, bred and owned by Mrs. Odile Bernard, a well-known French breeder.Photo Gallery
Cyriaque is a very interesting male. Due to long-lasting health problems of his owner, he has been almost not shown. His offsprings are but of so good quality that thanks to them Cyriaque achieved Cotation 5, the second highest level in French breeding quality evaluation system and the highest level which an unshown French bulldog may achieve (more about French Cotations see HERE). Among others, Cyriaque is father of Flavius du Bois de Saint-Cyr, a beautiful pied male and Junior World Winner 2011.

Pedigree of Cyriaque is full of French legends. It's a defile of Frenchies like following: Narco Dollar de Scarborough Hill's (Cotation 6 - Elite A, International and French Champion), Grolapin de Landouar (Cotation 6 - Elite A and French Champion), Crindle's Tender Tamblyn (Cotation 6 - Elite A and French Champion), Gribiche de Landouar (Cotation 6 - Elite A and French Champion), Telemaque du Domaine de la Porte Ronde (Cotation 5 - Elite B), Hugo van Berkenwoude (French Champion and champion of four other countries), Patton du Domaine de la Porte Ronde (French Champion) and International Champions Beau Garcon du Coel and Valentin v.d. This litter was the third and last one of our Betty Boop, a multichampion, theatre actress and ever optimist. Six beautiful puppies did a great joy both to us and their mother.
